Enjoy this exclusive Berber cape called selham in a local vernacular. The beautiful sleeveless garment with a hood is woven out of 100% pure goat wool. The cape drapes the back, chest and arms and fastens around the bearer’s neck. The item is decorated with an elegant tassel along the bottom and on the tip of the hood. The practical, long, warm and comfortable selham is typically worn by the Berbers of the Atlas Mountains and protects from extreme weather conditions. The cape is adorned with intricate embroidery with the traditional symbolic meaning. A part of the cape in the back is woven in striking , also featuring a characteristic embroidered ornament.
